Delta Solutions Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Hardware terms
Hardware may be subject to manufacturer warranty terms and installation requirements. Delta Solutions Inc. is not responsible for issues caused by improper installation, vehicle electrical problems, tampering, accident damage, misuse, or third-party accessories.
4. Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, Delta Solutions Inc. will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to hardware or software issues. Your exclusive remedy, if any, is limited to repair or replacement under applicable warranty terms, or as otherwise determined by Delta Solutions Inc. in writing.
